Crawford Smith started creating beef jerky back in 1975, right after working on the family dairy farm.

2018

A Fresh Start

Glenwood Smoked Meats got a fresh start in January 2018 when it was acquired and rebranded as Glenwood Snacks.

2025

Generations Later

Crawford, along with his third-generation grandkids, is still crafting meat snacks the old-fashioned way. Glenwood keeps the lineup fresh with bold new flavors, like Maui Sweet Onion, Spicy Maui Sweet Onion, and Smoke Pit, expanding jerky sets beyond the traditional staples.
